Ezcare FAQs

For existing clients, Ezcare can respond to urgent/last-minute requests and source nurses very quickly. We can have nurses ready to go within 24 hours.

To book a contract, Ezcare needs the following info: 

• How long the services are needed
• How many staff are needed and what specialty they need to have
• Location of the work
• Your budget

Yes, contracts are a minimum of six weeks.

Along with the requirement below, there is a skills checklist that is specific to the role you’re applying to fill. 

• Must be a registered RN from an accredited educational institution
• Must pass a vulnerable sector check
• Must be a citizen in Canada or provide a work permit to work in Canada 
• Must have up to date health immunizations 
• Physical exam to ensure health 
• Must be in good standing with the CNO or other licensing body

Ezcare’s education coordinator will help you through the process. We ensure our nurses can access courses required by a specific client or position or to work in a specific province or territory (e.g. Northern Nursing). Ezcare also offers in-house training at our agencies in Toronto and Saskatchewan to assist our staff in gaining expertise or certifications needed for specific jobs.
