Hiring Process
At EZCare, we take pride in selecting dedicated, qualified healthcare professionals to join our network. Our hiring and onboarding process ensures every candidate meets the highest professional and regulatory standards before being deployed to healthcare facilities across Canada.
1. Application Submission
Begin by submitting your resume, including all relevant certifications, licenses, and clinical experience
2. Qualification Review
Our recruitment team will review your application. If your qualifications align with current opportunities, a dedicated recruitment officer will be assigned to guide you through the next steps.
3. Initial Interview
Your recruitment officer will contact you for an initial interview to assess your experience, skill set, and readiness for travel assignments.
4. Accreditation & Compliance Verification
Once you pass the initial interview, you’ll enter our accreditation process, which includes:
- License and registration verification with the appropriate provincial regulatory body
- Police and vulnerable sector check
- Employment and reference verification
- Immunization and health record review (as required by partner facilities)
- CPR/BLS and other certification validation
- Work eligibility and identification verification
5. Facility Proposal & Placement
After successful accreditation, your profile will be proposed to partner healthcare organizations that match your qualifications and preferences. Once selected, EZCare will coordinate the formal offer and assignment details.
6. Travel & Deployment Support
Upon confirmation, the EZCare team will assist with travel logistics, ensuring you have the right flight, accommodations, and transportation to your assignment location. Our support continues throughout your journey to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience.
